Where do I start? first, there have been some large cracks in the basement floor. then, they installed used patio door. and the biggest mistake by the builder, they dropped my garage floor. this means that the floor had to be lowered so that the incline from the street would not be too steep. BUT by doing this, they had to add steps in the garage to enter the house. those steps took away parking space and now I can not fit my car on that side of the garage. therefore, I have a 2 car garage door but only 1 car fits inside. those are the biggest issues. some of the minor ones were, ...

Extremely sloppy work done. Most workers are so creepy and scary, you don't want them to come back to fix anything. Many, many holes inside and out, unfinished work, dents, paper or plastic painted over on walls. Not even cleaned before move in. Construction dust, dirt left behind. Dead plants. Just a disgrace.

I would not buy from Lennar again. They are irresponsible, rude, and dont care about you as the buyer. Having a lot of issues with the home still and they are not fixing. My wife and I were made homeless because they were trying to make their numbers for the month. They asked me to walk through the home at 11PM in the dark. The trades they hire are the lowest rated and dont speak English. I would not buy from them and I would give 0 stars if possible.

I give your company a zero, I have been in my home for 4 months still all the repairs are not finished. My first time buying a home and the whole process was frustrating, I will never purchase a Lennar home nor will I recommend you to anyone. For the price of my house it should be perfect!

Don’t trust when they tell they will fix things ,it was not done during the first walk, nor the second, and it took three months and a half to be able to move in! Horrible frustrating experience

Workmanship is bad. Very low quality checks. The website does not allow you to keep track of the issues/timeline that you submitted. They do it on purpose. You have to call everyday for 1-2 weeks to fix one issue.

The worst experience

We have built houses with five other builders and Lennnar was the worst experience. There is no consistency with work orders because the staff is constantly changing. The construction part was very sloppy and attention to detail. We didnt even get towel racks or toilet paper holders and we paid over 300k for this house. We were told this community would have walking trails, a playground, and a picnic area and none of that has been built. The pool is a joke! It's tiny for the size of our neighborhood and don't even have a lock on it so there are constantly trespassers there destroying what we ...

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer?

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer Right? We only purchased from Lennar because of the lot. Our house sits on hole 3 at Copper River Golf Course. Before we moved into our home we noticed water coming up the grout of the tile in the living and kitchen. 5 months later the problem is still not fixed and Lennar is totally dragging their feet fixing the issue. We will have to move out until our new home if fixed! Purchasing a new home should have been a great experience....it was just the opposite.

The townhome is not level, the trim work and cabinets are all crooked. There was holes in the subflooring they just put carpet over and never thought we would find. Our backsplash was cracked and they didn’t want to fix. They installed the wrong size island counter top, wrong kitchen sink, wrong facets in every bathroom, wrong shower heads in every shower, and wrong door handles on all the exterior doors. Massive construction issues

I closed on my $750k home back in February. This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I have major construction issues...including mold! How do you have mold in a brand new build?! I’m still living out of boxes and can’t even unpack or begin to enjoy my new home. Has been the worst experience ever!

The issues with my front and back yard grass are not being taken seriously. I was told anything wrong pertaining to the grass would be replaced, now I’m being told I have to wait an entire year before it can be replaced.

Very poor and shoddy work. They forgot to add gas line in patio and did that the day of closing in a haphazard manner and not the way it was in the agreed plan. The dug the backyard and were not willing to reimburse anything. The fans started making noise the week after and they are not willing to fix or replace them. Their whole customer service is a charade and they try not to fix anything. When I refuse to sign off on a ticket I raised for Fan issue, they closed the ticket on their end saying the issue is fixed without any explanation. The quality of the work is terrible. The finish is horrible. Walking on the carpet is like waking on the nails. I have heard a lot about Lennar but I think now this company prefer quantity over quality. I will never buy or refer anyone to get a Lennar home.

I have completed the purchase of my home in the month of February. And every since March of 2019 I have been writing emails to leonarr about the tiles on my floor. No one has gotten back with me about resolving my issue very poor customer service on lennars behalf. Once you have completed the sale of your home if you have any issues they will not correct it they will not even get back in contact with you to try to resolve the issue.

Rushed new build

If Lennar had spent just 1 or 2 more weeks rather than rush to close the home before the end of their fiscal quarter and month, the home would have been in a better quality. Same issue with everybody in the neighborhood. Lennar definitely preyed on the goodwill and naivete of first time home buyers and dangled the 1 year "bumper to bumper" warranty to get their inventory sold. First time home buyers beware! I would not recommend a Lennar/Village Builder new build to anyone. Thankfully, the issues are fixed one by one and the home is in great shape now.
