Very unsatisfied with the quality of the house in general. Found many imperfections inside on out of the home, which we had the opportunity to addressed through Lennard's service request website. However, many of the imperfections have not been fixed two months after of being in the home and still no answer as when our request to fix these items will happened. I feel I am being ignored because I have made the request more than once. did not expect so many imperfections for being a new home and when asked Lennard to fix stuff they would only patch and covered the imperfections. Very poor experience! Big, arrogant builder, has no interest in the customer, you are just a little number.

I bought a model home from Lennar.

They gave me windows that are damaged and refusing to fix it, garage floor uneven , sheetrocks with holes in it, horrible workmanship, their refusal to fix anything. It is appalling. Do not buy from Lennar.
