I am a 3rd time Lennar homebuyer and I would not purchase from anyone else here in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. Lennar has a team of people that navigate you through the homebuying process. From the 1st walkthrough of the model to the final 1 year warranty process on your closed home, everything is done well. The number 1 reason I choose Lennar is that they are generous in their all-included home items, rate buy-downs, and negotiations on standing inventory are fair. They want to sell you a home and you want to buy one. Win/Win

From start to finish my experience was outstanding, my sales representative went up and beyond the call to keep me updated on the progress of my home, my building manager was so on point during my walk through he identified a few things that I over looked, everything was taken care of the express closing was spot on, it made closing day enjoyable for me. The experience has been great. My wife and I don't have any complaints. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed after we moved in and they were fixed immediately.

I waited for nearly 12 months until interest rates became affordable. Lennar's offer and interest rate made the perfect deal at the right time. I couldn't afford not to jump on the 4.7% interest rate offered by Lennar in a prime location. This is my second Lennar purchase. The second time was nearly the same process and perfect experience. My sales consultant Jennifer made sure other options were include in my price point. She was amazing. Love Lennar's style and concept!

I feel like I am getting in on the ground floor. After looking at other homes in this area, I was getting so much more for my money at Summers’s corner. I know part of that was because we don’t have our amenities finished yet. But it won’t be long and when it happens, I know prices are going to be a lot more expensive here. I love my home. I love the people I’ve had to deal with, and I am really looking to my future here.
