IT WAS STRESS FULL BUT WE MADE IT

I’m very Happy and Satisfied with my new Home I love how Beautiful the community is and how friendly my neighbors are.

This was my first house to purchase and Bryce made this experience so easy. I love my home, LGI is a great company to work with.

We're was looking since last April 2023 but Thank God we found something in February 5 2024 we had an amazing experience with Lawrence he told my husband and I to touch the For Sale Sign didn't know that day would made such an impact but it did !! Also what we can afford that's all God !! Time means everything! Thanks again Lawrence

While waiting for our LGI home to be built, the level of communication throughout the process was excellent. We received photos of the home on a regular basis as the home was constructed and we received a comprehensive walk through of the home and its technology upon completion. What more could you ask for?

From the sales staff, to the lendor, to the construction manager, all facets of homes buying are made easy and exciting. It was a pleasurable experience, stress-free and streamlined.

From the first meeting to having the keys to my new home in my hand on closing day - everything went as smoothly as possible. Whenever there was a hiccup (this proceed has many moving parts), it was acknowledged and corrected. From choosing the floor plan, through to financing the mortgage, I was very pleased with LGI Builder & Mortgage Company. I love my new home!

When we went in I was not even looking to move. I was looking with friends. They ended up buying a house here and I followed. John was great to work with, thru the whole process. Buying a house is a big decision and that comes with a lot of emotions. John was always there to help where he could and listen when he couldn't help. He is very personable and very responsive. I believe that thru the process he has become a friend. I would recommend him and LGI to everyone.

For years I've qanted to buy a house and that thing called life kept throwing curve balls. I had been rent at my old location for years & faith decided it was time for me to own. I was given a month to move. This was faiths way of forcing me to take buying seriously. I looked at several houses. Beautiful outside, lots if work needed inside. LGI is big in my Deltona, FL city. One of the things other builders could not provide and LGI was able to was give me was my exact mortgage monthly payment and my exact down-payment amount even before signing a contract. The service I've received from beginning to closing has been excellent and continues. Even after moving in and finding little things I had not notice during my walk thru, have been taken care of immediately. I love that everyone is accessible by phone, text or email and response time is quick. I love my new home. I even have an office, I don't have to use a bedroom or dining room as my wfh office. Darrell is the best

My experience was with the Salesman, Devon, and my loan officer was, Tina. Both of them have great personalities, patience, great listeners, and problem solvers. I did not feel rushed when I did not understand something, instead they were there to explain the entire process to me no matter how many times I may ask the same question. I also did not feel alone in the process. Once my process was moved over to the loan officer, Tina, and an Underwriter, Devon was still calling and checking in to make sure I was comfortable or wanting to know how I was feeling about the process.

The sales agent was friendly and knowledgeable. We have lived in our new home for 5 weeks and are very impressed with the quality, beauty and comfort of our home. The neighborhood is beautiful and all the lots are very large. The price for our home was very good-considerably less than other homes we had looked at in other neighborhoods. We are very glad we bought this LGI home!

We really loved our experience with purchasing a newly built home through LGI. Everything was an easy & fun process.
