We're was looking since last April 2023 but Thank God we found something in February 5 2024 we had an amazing experience with Lawrence he told my husband and I to touch the For Sale Sign didn't know that day would made such an impact but it did !! Also what we can afford that's all God !! Time means everything! Thanks again Lawrence

Buyer beware please

The quality and build of the home is not what i was expecting. There screws that were never patched up. There has been an ant infestation since day one. Thr door trim mold is very rough and was never sanded down when painted over. So if you touch it you will scratch yourself on it. I give the home a 4/10

My expectations were very unpleasant. The new house has many details, such as poor leveling of the walls, they did not seal the door slots, poorly painted the walls, they did not seal the door slots, poorly painted the walls,It was a very bad choice to buy my house with this company. On the other hand, the person in charge of repairing things inside the house only paints on the damaged parts, he does not replace them. I feel very sad because I expected more from them.

If I could have found another house, I would have, and not moved into here. Changed closing date several times, and unconcerned that I had no where to go. Nothing about this experience was positive.

Would not do it again. No pride in their work, an astounding lack of quality control. They do everything just good enough to get by.

Very disrespectful and always treated to back off for any simple request like out of town and need to move closing 2 days. Realtor rebate was excluded saying there system says it’s via internet and not applicable even after providing realtor details at the time if initial contract. forced to go with there preferred lender who have coded interest rate really high.

It is apparent that the sales team that worked at The Reserve at Canyon Hills has no regard for the customer experience, and that they are accustomed to only working with clients that have no concept of the home buying process, and without knowledge of industry requirements, as it relates to financial requirements. I am not a first-time homebuyer, although this is the first house I've done from the ground up. I walked in the doors of the sales office with a loan approval in hand, chose to go with LGI's preferred lender, but was later threatened to have my contract canceled by the Project ...

The LGI representative I had contact with were not very customer friendly. The LGI representative I worked with to close on the property was much better. The first individuals you meet represents the company, my experience with Ms. Shereka and Mr. Jon was unbelievable. I a a busy professional and I could not believe LGI had these two individuals representing a company with a brand on the line. The only reason this deal closed is because of an urgent family need. I will not ever forget this experience, it was the worst and I own 2 other properties in NC.
