Lgi is the best

There will be a number of people trying to sell you their products. Shop around and compare prices be deciding for the best and affordable deal.

I’m a first time home buyer and the whole experience from the start to finish was super easy and painless. From talking out logistics, to financing, to picking out the floor plan and walking through a show property. The staff was so helpful and responsive to all my hundreds of questions. I couldn’t thank Cristy and Amanda enough for getting me in a brand new home.

Poor quality, wish I could turn back the clock wouldn't buy this from house. The floors upstairs are horrible, the paint job is like a 4 year old did it. Ect,Ect

They should response well when we have complain on something rather thansayin its a Nature Cause. The soil was moved away by heavy rain before we moved in or before our closing but didnt get it done as they have said, they r not responsible. We have to fix our back yard by our self.

The process of buying the house was some what simple. I did have an issue with my realtor getting her share but everything got resolved. Once I did my walk through I did notice that did builders did a sloppy work and everything look like it was rush. When I was coming to see the house before it was done I noticed on the ceiling outside there was a whole and I brought it up to the attention of my salesman but later on when I did the walk through the whole was still there. The fix it with caulking. Which I’m not satisfied about it. Also noticed two crack on my ceiling in my living room going across the house. They came and fix it in a week but only fix one. Two weeks later the came and fix the rest. Also when doing the walk through I could tell the guy from LGI was getting annoyed of all the things that I was pointing out but painting and Sheetrock was sloppy work. After all this it took over a months to get everything fix and painted. That is also including a whole on my bathtub that had to get patch. Now that it have been a month of living there my water heater has gone out and I do not have hot water. It’s been hard to get in touch with people to talk to things get things done. Even to log in to the warranty page I still have not been able to do that. I’ve followed the instructions on the page but nothing seems to work I’ve email and talk to the manager and project manager and still can’t get in. Experience was rough but my Agent was awesome. He helped me through the long and demanding process.

Not a good experience.

I would have never bought a home with LGI if I knew I would have all the problems that I did as soon as I moved in. I feel like the quality is not worth the money and that the builders (inspectors) did a horrible job catching mistakes. I had a chunk out of my foundation, a water leak that leaked under my new floor that had to be torn out with mold, and a fence with several cracked and uneven boards. There are other little things wrong as well. Very unhappy.
