Danielle was great! She was friendly and enthusiastic and genuinely cared about helping us get through the process. The weekly updates made it feel more like an interactive process than a long wait while the house was built. She was always helpful whenever we came by to check on the house. Danielle was also a great help with helping us decide which house we wanted based on costs & available options. Give that girl a raise!

My wife and I purchased a Pacesetter home in Rio Ancho in December of 2015, so we have lived there for almost a year. We had a great experience with Pacesetter, especially Rhonda Rispoli, our sales agent and Keith Kneeland, the Site Superintendent.
