I’m a realtor and help my customers purchase and sell homes daily. I found the value with Pulte (especially lot premiums) to be unmatched in St. John’s county. On top of the price point we were very very impressed with the build process and quality of work! There are always little things when breaking in a new house but overall so minimal and was easily resolved with warranty. Very happy I’m out new home and neighborhood!

I have been working directly with many builders over the years. I knew Pulte was the one I trusted to build my next home for my family. I was not treated as another number or another sale. I was treated like family and a valued customer. If I had questions, I knew they would get answered in a timely manner. They worked with me knowing I had a lease locked in at the start of the sale and made sure I was in before it was up.

We purchased our home very close to the peak of the market during major labor shortages and supply chain issues. So there were many unforeseen delays. Despite that, I still have a very positive experience with our Pulte home purchase. Our Construction Manager Zach kept us updated every week, and did everything he could to get us into our home as soon as possible. And where I was very impressed is his post sale support. It’s easy to miss little things during your walk through, and the home does settle causing things to shift. But Zach has been amazing with helping us resolve issues as they popped up. Gretchen, Scott, Andrea, Gabriel, Kayla, Miguel have all been wonderful. It was a pleasure working with all of them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel “at home” and I truly appreciated that. If I cooked, I would have them all over for dinner!!! I thank all of you for making this a seamless transaction.

I worked with Harmony as my sales agent and Crandall as my construction manager throughout the building of my new home. They kept me informed throughout the building process and sent pictures and videos weekly of the construction stages.

I’ve had a few homes built in the past and can say Pulte is the best experience that I had. Pulte kept us informed all through the build. At the end we are satisfied with our new home. Sure we had a few minor punch list items but we are confident these will be resolved to our satisfaction. We very much enjoyed working directly with Sales (Bill), Design (Priya) and the Construction Manager (Erik and Matt) who made it a great experience.
