The Sales Person was there for me the entire time and answered all my questions. The Construction Manager fulfilled all my requests and made sure things were accomplished as they should be.

From the first day we came to the neighborhood to look at models to now, after the build and moving into our Forever Home, our experience has been FANTASTIC!! Every single person all along the way was beyond helpful, highly knowledgeable, efficient, VERY on top of things, and answered all of our questions in a more-than-timely-manner, in minutes, most of the time! Each person walked us through the process step by step. The entire process was EASY from start to finish which would be a Godsend for young, first-time builders. A word about the quality of our home: it's a FORTRESS. It is hurricane-safe. Born and raised, and having spent my first 47 years in Broward County, I have been through many hurricanes and tropical storms and am confident that our home will withstand any hurricane. ALL of the Pulte homes are built with concrete block construction with poured concrete, hurricane tiedowns, and impact windows rated to >150 mph. It's comforting to know that we won't have to evacuate or board up if a hurricane is headed our way (we live in S FL, so, of course we'll have storms). We have no worries. WE ARE SAFE here. In closing, my husband and I would like to thank Pulte for a great experience in building our Forever Home. I just retired and we'll spend the rest of our lives here in our beautiful home and neighborhood. Our home is beautiful We had a great experience with everyone on their team — from the start with our Sales Consultant, Daniela, to our Design Appointment with Stacey. Our construction manager, Christopher, was phenomenal. The home warranty offered by Pulte, and their continued responsiveness, gives us peace of mind in the quality of our home. Pulte made the new home building process as easy and transparent as possible.

Great experience from sales to home build

This is our 2nd Pulte home. We love this one even more than 1st. The communication and updates throughout the process are 2nd to none. From sales to construction manager to customer care folks. These folks care about you and their job.

Excited to move into our new Pulte home. We had a great experience with Daniella from the sales office and Adam the builder, who helped with orientation of our new home features. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond for us.

From sales to closing it was a very good experience. Communication system works well as does direct personal weekly check ins with Team Pulte at Highpointe. Daniela and Ryan did a superb job.

Overall the buying experience with Paul was very smooth. He was very responsive to questions and feedback during the sales process. When things transitioned over to construction, our CM Rob was also very helpful and flexible given we were living out of state. After moving in Rob made sure everything was as we designed it and any issues were remedied. CS Rob had been also very responsive to new issues we have found after living here for a little over a month and ensured that they are getting addressed.

This is our 2nd new construction build with Pulte and they delivered us an incredible home that we couldn’t be happier with. The experience was smooth, they constantly kept us updated on the progress and every Pulte employee we worked with was fantastic. They have also been very responsive about getting any issues addressed in a timely manner.

The entire experience was outstanding. Both Mario and Jonny were on top of everything in lightning speed as the entire experience was a pleasure to do business with Pulte. Even once our home was closed, the terrific customer serve with their guy in the field (Windy, yes that's his name) is one of the most pleasant individuals to deal with. Now the constructive criticism which isn't all that much. Pulte has aligned themselves with a very good pool contractor. Regretfully, there is only one to select from and at sixty-seven years old and being multiple generation Floridian, this is the very first time that we have either purchased or built a home without a pool. The primary reason, the one pool contractor is extremely expensive and based upon the lack of pools built in HighPointe, I would give an educated guess, it is solely because the cost is well over 100k an abbreviated sized pool, not even a full size. A solution, have more than one contractor to select from. We would have gladly spent; 65k, 70k or even a little over 80k but our quote was over 110k for a base pool, absurd so we didn't do it but if there were more contractors to keep prices in check, it may have been a reality and we would be much happier new residents. New residents - upon our closing day of Sept 25, 2023, my wife and I were stunned there was absolutely nothing in the house. No thank note, no welcome note, no bottle of vino or champagne, not even a bouquet of flowers for my wife. Pulte is an outstanding company, but in my opinion, they could be even better with little things like this when someone buys a new home from Pulte. Besides those two issues which are very repairable if there is the desire, we have no complaints whatsoever even to the point that if presented, we would buy from Pulte again. ... More

My husband and I needed a home quickly when we saw Heron Preserve had some quick move-ins available. We looked at the home and knew it was the perfect floorplan for us. Every step, from buying, financing and putting the finishing touches on the house was done efficiently and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found this home.

From your sales professional Yvo to Zach who handle any and all concerns in regards delivery my home; they both go on and beyond their services to make sure we were always happy and aware of any changes made if any. Always very attentative to our concerns. Can't say enough good things about Pulte.

I had a great experience in purchasing a new construction townhouse in Stuart FL. They kept me informed along the process so we had time to sell our current home to purchase our new home. After we moved in they were responsive to my small requests and questions. Looking forward to the completion of the project. I love the high ceilings and 8 ft doors, many windows for light. I highly recommend this builder.
