We had a small punch list and Mike and crew took care of things quickly and professionally.

It was a wonderful and easy experience buying our new condo at Pennington Crossing by Pulte Homes. We are very happy with how smooth the process was and how they communicated everything we needed to know.

Overall great experience. Disappointed on our driveway. Our building is th only one with a very short driveway. All other units can park at least 4 cars. We barely get 2.

Living in town it was easy to see the progress of the new building! Mary was excellent meeting with her! Nancie took over and kept everyone well informed with emails! Closing and move in we’re assigned! It was easy to change the move in date! We did encounter a few hiccups after move in! However Chris took care of them! Everything was fixed in a timely manner! So far Riverside Woods has been very enjoyable.

Overall smooth buying experience, staff are professional. However the house gets unexpected delay for a long time.

Overall the experience was good. Sales Manager Mariana Lacoi was in touch often and very helpful in keeping us up to date. John Demarco was exceptional in taking us through the condo and explaining all we needed to know. We are very pleased and happy with the condo and how it was built. The only disappointment might be lack of draws in bath cabinets and maybe a light or two in the bedrooms although it is set up for our own lighting fixtures if we choose to do so. Moving in experience went well although pretty stressful at times. Overall, good move for us and we are very pleased.

Pretty smooth experience buying our place

Our overall experience has been outstanding. Our last community was Ryan Homes in Delaware. What a difference. So much better. It was so easy to work with Debi on picking options. Quality workmanship is obvious when looking around. When small issues came up, Michael and Dennis responded back and things got done. We are very happy that we decided to go with a Pulte home.

Some minor kitchen cabinet adjustments noted after we first moved in were taken care of promptly.

The community is great. The issues are usually taken care promptly. The quality of construction is good although some areas are left desirable ( cabinets, bathrooms fittings)

During the pandemic, Pulte delivered our home on schedule and has been responsive to our questions and concerns after moving in.

The only thing I can nitpick on was the quality of the appliances and the fact that I do not have under cabinet lighting.

So far so good. The only issue I have is that I'm still waiting for a kitchen cabinet door to be replaced and a light bulb to be replaced which were pointed out by Norm.

I chose Martins Landing first for the location as it is close to route 93, Wilmington and route 28 which brings you to Reading. I am a single person so I chose The Copley. It is spacious because of the open concept, but the bedroom is also spacious, the bathroom is large and my den gives me enough room to accommodate someone with a sleep sofa which is what I chose. I love my unit and would recommend it to anyone.

Our salesman, mortgage, home insurance agents and final walk-through rep were top notch. Everything was as promised for our new house although stressful. We were not involved in the building process since we purchased after the house was completed. However, after one month of living here, we are very happy with our new house. The yard is small and the houses are close together but we knew what we were buying and very glad that the majority of our new neighbors are very friendly! One disappointment... about a week or so ago, with some issues still up in the air with our original salesman regarding some billing issues, our salesman just stopped returning phone calls. The last house in the subdivision had been sold. The sales office disappeared. I am sure that they were told to move onto their next job However, I thought it very unprofessional to just cut communication even though a call back had been promised. I appreciate your response to my questions during the process. This has been a very emotional time for me in my life. This process has been nothing but smooth and professional.

The process was smooth. There has way too much paper!

Everyone was very helpful through the purchasing process. Very attentive and courteous.

Pulte built condo was a good bargain for new construction everything outlined was delivered.

The experience was great until the end. Last few items on the punch list are taking forever — drawer in master bathroom and incorrectly placed downspout in the front.
