Very helpful, honest, and all around great people seem to work for Pulte. Our sales person Carlos was in constant communication and was on top of even the smallest request, our field manager Dean is still very helpful and happy to chat when we see him around the neighborhood. These guys definitely seem to know their stuff and won’t hesitate to answer a seemingly dumb question or even lend a hand trying to bring an oversized package into the house/garage. We live our Pulte group

The process was pretty smooth and Issue that we had was addressed immediately.

We found the process from lot selection to finally inspection seamless and completely acceptable. Communications with sales, finance and project manager were excellent and never felt in the dark about the process. Closing was completed in 30 minutes, a new record for us. We would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a custom home for a fair price.

Our new Fans Pulte home is everything we hoped it would be! The quality is amazing and the look and craftsmanship are awesome! We loved that our project manager Chris was on top of everything and in close contact with us always! The build was a very easy and rewarding experience and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

Satisfied first time home buyer, I didn’t know what I was doing at the time, Ryan who works in the on site Pulte Office helped and guided me through the entire process, updating me about almost everything I needed to know. Very convenient to get a hold of the team for any questions and concerns I had. Mortgage team did also a wonderful job, they helped me and did everything to get my loan approved in a timely manner, I just submitted all documents needed and they did all the works. It was an awesome experience.

We had a wonderful experience when our realtor took us to see Lis Diamantes, that is, once we found it! I laugh now, looking back, because Carlos told us that our GPS wouldn't bring us in the right way and warned us not to take any dirt roads to get there. After several dead ends, ending in dirt roads and a couple of calls to Carlos we finally made it to the presentation center. I'm so glad we preservered because Carlos showed us a home we immediately fell in love with. He quoted us a price and then went on to list the incentives we would receive if we closed by the end of December 2022. He took us back to his office and started the paperwork. While signing the intent to buy contract a group of hot-air balloons flew over the subdivision providing us with an omen that we were where we were meant to be. Throughout the loan process, our realtor, Becky, and Carlos were very prompt in answering every question we asked. Being out of state during the final walk throughs it was nice to know that we had people we trusted to make sure everything was completed as promised.
