Really nice people to communicate with and they were very responsive, professional, and respectful that made my experience problem free.

We were very pleased from the outset to the final stage of moving into the new home. Each team member has been very communicative with potential delays, progress, etc. They have responded to our questions in a timely manners and resolved minor issues with new home very quickly. Overall, it’s been a wonderful (affordable) buying experience in a difficult real estate climate and market.

As a first time home buyer, the people who I worked with (Dawnn, Naji, Zach, Mike, Toni, and Lyndsay) did a great job with the whole process. When I had questions I was able to get answers pretty much immediately and they made sure I was in the loop the whole time. I was also impressed by the workmanship of the townhouse. I highly recommend pulte as not only is there dependable and respectable people behind it, it also comes with great warranty to ensure any issues found are resolved without additional costs

We were looking for a house which would meet our needs for our last home. Pulte satisfied all our criteria with their floor plan. On site agent, April, and Construction Manager Ryan were always available for our questions and concerns, and attentive to our needs. Each made us feel comfortable in our decisions, as construction progressed. I would give April and Ryan 10s on a scale 1-10, with 10 the best.

We live a great quality of life because the Pulte home we purchased was designed to support modern families with high quality materials. We've had a couple of small issues and Pulte has been right on the mark when supporting us. Their new home warranty is unsurpassed in the industry. We are very happy with Pulte and our decision to invest in them.

From the very beginning Pulte was fabulous. They accommodated us at every turn and we could not be happier about the home they provided. In the current age we live in. Yes, there were delays and corrections. But compared to other local and national builders, speaking with others that were in the same process and time frame as us. Our process was so much more streamlined and corrections corrected far faster and to perfections. Prior, during and even after closing. We love our Pulte home and the neighborhood, this is our 3rd Pulte home and 2nd here in Glenmore. Things don’t always go as expected in any construction process. There are plenty of great people at Pulte and here in this Glenmore community that do want the home to be built well and for you to be happy with everything.

Pulte Homes staff are in an excellence category of their own! From the initial tour of the home, and through the lending process, and final inspection, they have been responsive and understanding. The quality and workmanship of their homes is incredible and I am very happy with my purchase! Everyone deserves to be happy and excited about purchasing a new home! Pulte Homes made that happen for me!

My experience is very good!

Buying a new home always comes with so many unknowns and Pulte made it easy to navigate the challenges around the process. There were some delays in the timelines and Pulte was forthcoming about the issues and timelines allowing us to plan better. Periodic check ins and getting updates about progress on a weekly basis from Marilyn and John was a delight. It was also good that any feedback was promptly addressed and the home was handed over in great shape.

The responsiveness was great. We felt like valued customers.

The pandemic and weather slowed the process down which was frustrating but the builder and office staff kept us informed and worked with us.

Pulte homes did a great job starting from beginning to the end. They are making the corrections right away when they did a mistake. I hope they should avoid major mistakes in the future for other potential buyers.

Toni and Brain have been very responsive to my questions and the home build quality is great.

I had the best field manager, Jason. He stayed in great communication, went above and beyond, even came to my house after closing to fix a few things personally. Can’t say enough. It made the transition between houses easy and seamless. We’ve even recruited one of our friends to buy!

The end to end experience from Pulte agent to project manager was fantastic.
