We had a positive experience on the sales and builder side. Lauren and Mike were professional and responsive. The biggest challenge was working with the loan officer. Lauren went above and beyond answering all of our questions and collaborating well with our realtor. Mike, the superintendent, was awesome. I can tell he takes pride in his work and he is personable. After closing he attended to the little things that needed attention. We feel like we got a great deal on this house and love the fact that the basement is finished.

They had a home that fit me wonderfully and were knowledgeable about the building and buying process. They helped me every step of the way. And, when I found little problems here or there weeks/months after purchase, the superintendent, Mick, was still willing to come over to fix them. They've been great!

My fiancee and I found a Hemmingway model that was already built and immediately fell in love with the floor plan although we didn't fall in love with the already built house in a different development. Then we got lucky to find the floor plan of our dream home for a brand new one! Beverly made the buying experience positive and great! She answered all of our questions along the way as well as after the purchase and she was still there for anything we needed and even responded on her days off before and after the sale. Our construction managers Nicole and Emily answered all of our technical questions along the way and like Beverly, they took care of us before and after the sale. Rae and Ryan in the warranty department took care of any issues we've been having with the home so far and have done an excellent job! Many issues encountered and some sloppy workmanship, however the construction supervisor and warranty person were very helpful. The salesman was excellent.

We had a fantastic experience working with Richmond to purchase our home. Our sales representative Kaitlin and our building superintendents Dan and Eric all did a tremendous job answering questions and guiding us along the way. Richmond has been very responsive as we have found the odds and ends that need a touch up, just as any new home requires. The craftmanship is what we expected and the finishes have been outstanding with perhaps the exception of the carpet which could use a thicker pad. Great experience, smooth building process.

We love our home. Our Superintendent Saul was very accommodating and always available. Any major or minor issues we had were resolved with Saul’s empathy and timely response. We always felt like he was our greatest advocate and wanted what was best for us and our new home.

Tim- supervisor was and is outstanding. He was there in the beginning and I know he will have my back no matter what! Super helpfull!

We had an extremely smooth process from day one up until/beyond our move in date. Very happy!

Home is great for seniors. All on one floor. In a growing community. It’s away from heavy traffic but close to shopping. When fully built out it will have that small town feel and yet have access to all that a city has to offer. Everything is new and shiny.

My experience throughout the home buying experience was excellent! Nikki, Tim, and Madison were all very professional, thourough and really made this moving experience, which is naturally stressful, nearly seamless!

I walked the home with our sales associate Beverly and our realtor and immediately fell in love with the layout. The home was at the top of our price point, but had everything we were hoping to find in a home. Beverly and our build team updated us each week on the progress (we were living out of state) with pictures and information about what was being done at that time. During our orientation, everything was explained in thorough detail to us, and great advice was given to help us take care of our brand new home. The fixtures and included appliances aren’t great quality, but they get the job done for the time being. We are very pleased with our new home and how fast the Care Team at Richmond responded to some issues we had. Special thanks to Dustin, the Superintendent, who was super helpful and knowledgeable about the electrical problem we had. He fixed it in no time. Thank you Dustin!! We highly recommend Richmond to our friends and family. We just wished there were NO ASSOCIATIONS to deal with, other than that, we feel we made a very good decision to buy our home with Richmond.

The buying experience was great working with Richmond. I do wish for the price you are paying that Richmond could at least finish the fences in-between homes instead of leaving that on the homeowners to work out with new neighbors who have not moved in yet.

Brenda did an amazing job with our purchasing experience. She made our experience extremely helpful. The conversation with the lending teams were very difficult as we were trying to line out the mortgage. One or 230 minute zoom calls would have made the experience much easier. Raf throughout the blue tape walks and our entire purchasing experience. The construction team was updating or fixing items ongoing, which was super helpful. It helped us feel heard.

Amazing home! Love the house and the design. The community is perfect and everyone is very friendly.

We had many issues with our new home. The quality of workmanship was substandard and Richmond should better monitor their contractors/emplyees building homes. Major issues like sewer belly, frozen pipes due to poor insulation, failure to exit the dryer venting on roof, poor installation of front door, gas range pipe leak, and other etc were all move in frustrations that were quickly fixed.

It was great overall. However, it would have been better if I was informed that there is no internet service in the community before moving it. It's been a month without internet.

We have had good interactions with all staff. We are not complete with our punchlist items, yet, but feel very certain that all will be remedied. We have struggled in our move and in our health, so we have not been as available as we would’ve liked. But we are moved in totally now, and looking forward to getting everything resolved in due time. Thank you for all your help.
