Shea home has really good quality control in detail. My construction manager take care every detail and make my dream house. I'm really happy with my choice with Shea home.

We had been looking for a builder that fit our lifestyle and Shea hit all the marks. From time of our first meeting to the closing the Shea team was available for all our questions and kept us informed of the process of the building of our home. We are very pleased with the home we purchased from Shea and would recommend them to others who are looking to build a home.

My salesman was very helpful and still continues to be if I have a question. The HOA in Woodleaf Reserve could have helped me a little more but they depend on you to read the small print. So far warranty work was completed successfully. I would have changed three things about my home and I've pointed them out to the salesman who agreed with me!

We bought a Shea home in Missouri City and from the time we visited their office, everything was such a pleasant experience! Their model.home was amazing, so we looked into their homes available and ended up finding a home that met all our needs. Jane and Karl were very helpful in the buying and walk-thru processes. Special thanks to Carlos who was excellent at detailed explanation, and also addressing any issue we had after moving in. We're very happy with Shea homes..!

It was an excellent experience. Carlos Lou and Mike Rodriguez were more than helpful and attentive overall. The house was not finished according to the timeframe and got extended for another 5 months due to Centerpoint (negligence)?. Carlos and Mike did a good job in updating us from time to time regarding the construction progressThey were thorough. I am happy with Shea house. They have our support even after closing. Oscar is quick to attend /fix to the house few irregularities. We do appreciate this more. I would say excellent customer service rendered by Carlos , Mike and Oscar. We appreciate Shea’s extended warranties especially the 1,5,12 mos maintenance. It feels like they didnt just dump you as soon as the closing is done. It feels we are being taking cared for. The entire process from start to finish was great

This is the second home my husband and I have purchased and the experience was amazing. Matt was super friendly and so helpful. Any questions we had, he answered. And if he didn't have the answer, he called around until he got us an answer. Shea really takes buying a home to another, more enjoyable, less stressful level. My cousin was with us as we purchased our home and seeing how we were treated and how happy we are, she went with Shea and just moved into her own home. JUST A FEW HOUSES FROM US! Shea truly is about quality and not quantity, unlike every other builder we've looked into. The time and effort Shea puts into their homes, is definitely worth it. A very pleasant and positive experience

Our experience with shea has been outstanding! Rachelle was always super responsive and helpful. Since we were relocating from MN she kept us in the loop and shared photos of the progress. Randy the construction manager was also great, he kept us update on the progress and anticipated completion date. I would highly recommend building with Shea specifically at Sunterra!

My experience with shea homes was amazing. Rachelle did a great job with this house. The house came out beautiful & only a few minor things needed to be fixed after my first walk in. I will definitely recommend shea homes. I’ve been in my home 3 months & loving it.

My high expectations have been exceeded throughout the entire home buying experience. Alan took are of the pre-sales process flawlessly, Joel was instrumental in getting the last minute details sorted during our walkthrough prior to moving in (and just after), and Tracey ensured that our minor workmanship issues were addressed during our 30 day warranty check-in. My wife and I are so pleased with our decision to purchase a Shea home. After five home-buying experiences (one internationaly), this has - by far - been the best experience to date. Well done Shea.

David and Richard were great help with the prossses

We had a great experience from the beginning when we met Alan. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer any questions throughout the process. We are also very pleased with the warranty dept in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We give kudos to Joel and Alexis for their hard work. I definitely recommend Shea homes for their beautiful custom homes and customer service.

The best thing Shea has done is hire Kim and Earl. They are the epitome of customer service and are the backbone of Shea homes in Cane Island. Kim is literally an encyclopedia of everything there is to know about Shea and their floorplans. She has the most amazing memory and the brightest smile. Earl has got to be one of the hardest working individuals in this company. After living in the new house for over a month now, I see Earl going around all the homes to be finished as early as 7am all the way past 7pm some nights. He is so good at his job. Always follows up with whatever I may have asked him. Always treats me and my family with kindness and professionalism. I initially went to Coventry (the other builder of the section) to shop their homes and tried to tour their models/builds. Tina, their salesperson, hates working past 6pm and complained outwardly to me on two separate occasions. I am self employed working 7 days a week till 5:30 every day. My 25 minute commute gives me 5 minutes to view homes and talk options? God forbid I have to keep her an extra 15 minutes past her work hours all while she potentially could have made some good money if I bought Coventry. Well I didn't. I suppose the housing market was so strong, she wouldn't care if I bought one of their houses or not. That's okay, because the next day, I walked in to Shea's model home and met Kim for the first time. She was more than happy to stay late to discuss their homes. Don't get me wrong, Shea has beautiful homes, but Kim was a huge reason we went with Shea. Our last home was a Lennar build and that was a disaster I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to endure. Entire process from beginning to end was smooth. They kept us informed abd did constant walk throughs. We had a great project field manager to help us on our home. If you are considering buying a shea home, it will be worth the money, time, and a quality home!
