The amount of mistakes by the workers either meant they didn’t know what they were doing or were rushing and didn’t care about mistakes. The contractor has tried his best to remedy the issues but is overwhelmed with all the new build errors. After a 1.5 months still have workers coming to fix things

poorly trained or bad attitude of many workers

New WCI/Lennar Home

We experienced a very trying home build process that was over two months late and had significant challenges with quality workmanship. WCI/Lennar was difficult to work with during the process since they don't really want home owners around during the process. They are a production builder and prefer to have buyers purchase the home from them once complete. Our salesman was great but had little control during the build process.

Workmanship extremely poor for a high end house paint, plaster, baseboards, doors roof, garage lanau….you name it it had issues. Tons of punch list items unresolved at closing but forced to close. Scott L was great but he left the company. Dana B is great but overwhelmed by the quality issues. Poor guy is a saint and doing the best he can but the quality of work was so poor he is swamped. Communication completely nonexistent once Scott left. Peter W and the Loan team were helpful but very ridged. We should have been offer a boat slip but we’re not. The roof is not the color in the agreement ...

Thank God for the great neighbors and the water. The home is a Lennar home with WCI slapped on the name. We closed 6 months ago and still are having warranty work done from the poor construction. Construction manager is rude and not helpful. Warranty does their best but they are very busy due to multiple issues on all the homes. They need to step up their game and increase customer communication.

Building materials extremely poor quality: Sherwin Williams Paint: Final product isn't even of "primer" quality. All walls are not washable or scrubbable so they all need to be redone with high quality paint. Sherwin Williams paint stores said "Yeah that's our cheapest product". "Our exterior paint only lasts five years". Windows: Lawson brand: many issues. Their rep came out to fix issues and said "the windows you have are our cheapest we make". Cabinets: Very poor quality. Will NEVER buy another Lennar home

Quality very poor. Workmanship very, very poor. Have had many major issues since moving in. The only positive in our situation is the responsiveness by the Customer Care team in addressing issues. Michael has been great.

Title department doesn’t communicate with construction, kept trying to set up a closing when house wasn’t complete. Finally they insisted we close, even though we had an oven in the middle of the floor and no shower wall.

I've been selling homes since 2002 I've never had a builder try to tun over a home as complete / ready to occupy, in as bad and unfinished condition as this WCI / Lennar home in Sanctuary Cove. Quality of workmanship is poor. Virtually every item completed looks like it's been done by someone with no construction experience.

We moved in almost 2 months ago with a long punch list from the walk through. Very few things on the list have been taken care of. and we have no idea when they will be taken care of. This is not our 1st house, but it is our first WCI house. We will never buy another WCI house again.

Understood delays as everyone has been experiencing them but Lennar had no clue when anything was going to be done and never inspected contractors work which was shabby, incomplete, incorrect and filthy conditions left untouched or addressed by builder. We closed with "exceptions" so Lennar could make their end of year goals but the home didn't even have shower enclosures until 2 weeks ago and even those are wrong. From appliances not installed correctly to quartz countertops with faucets off center by 2" to no screens, gutters, towel racks, and outright FILTH it will blow your mind. ...
