The Appleton Public School District boasts some of the best schools in the region, making it a great city for education.
And when it comes to recreation, there are dozens of city parks strategically placed within the city for convenient for active and passive leisure pursuits by residents of all ages. The nearby Green Bay area offers a variety of amusement parks, a wildlife sanctuary, a zoo, and sporting venues, all of which are a short drive away.
