Marrano Homes date back its proud heritage to 1956 when Pasquale Marrano began a home construction business known as Marrano Enterprises. By the time his son, Patrick took over as president, the company was already ranked in the top three Western New York sing-family home builders. In 1982, Marrano merged with the Marc Equity Corporation, primarily a land developer in Western New York and Florida to create Marrano/Marc Equity Corp. Despite the recession in the home building industry in the 1980s, Marrano/Marc Equity Corp saw an increase in growth through diversification and expansion and has completed almost fifteen thousand homes.
